Elmwood Baptist Christmas Coloring Contest

To celebrate the birth of Jesus, and the 3rd anniversary of the EBC bus ministry we are hosting a community-wide coloring contest!

Get out your crayons, markers, or colored pencils and create your most beautiful Christmas picture for a chance to win a BIG Christmas Prize!


For the last three years, Elmwood Baptist Church has been serving the Brighton community with free rides to church.

Our Bus Ministry provides free rides for children, families, and anyone who needs help getting to church. Every week, our friendly drivers and helpers travel throughout the community to bring people safely to church, where they can enjoy uplifting music, Bible teaching, and a loving church family. If you or someone you know would like a ride this Sunday, we’d be glad to come by and pick you up! Schedule your free ride to church by filling out the form here. Our bus ministry currently serves the Brighton and Commerce city communities.

Elmwood Baptist Christmas Coloring Contest Rules

We’re excited to invite all kids in our community to take part in our Coloring Contest! It’s a fun way to show creativity and win some great prizes.


PARENTS: HELP YOUR KIDS POST THEIR MASTERPIECE SO EVERYONE CAN SEE THEIR HARD WORK AND CREATIVITY!


Here's How to Enter:


  1. Color the Page – Use crayons, markers, or colored pencils to make it as bright and festive as you can. You can use any colors that you would like.
  2. Add Your Info – Write your first name & age clearly on the coloring page.
  3. Take a Picture – Take a clear photo of your finished coloring page.
  4. Post on Facebook & Instagram – Upload your photo to Facebook & Instagram, tag Elmwood Baptist Church, and use the hashtags #ebcbrighton and #ebcChristmas. All entries must be posted by January 1st, 2026. Winners will be contacted no later than January 8th, 2026.


Age Groups

Prizes will be awarded to one boy and one girl in each age group:

  • Ages 4–5
  • Ages 6–8
  • Ages 9–11


Judging & Prizes

  • Entries will be judged on neatness, creativity, and color choice.
  • One boy winner and one girl winner will be selected from each age group.
  • Winners will be contacted no later than January 8th, 2026 and will able to come pick up their Christmas prize!


Additional Rules

  • Only one entry per child.
  • Entries must be the child’s own work.
  • By entering, you agree that your artwork may be displayed or shared on our website or social media.
  • Late entries will not be accepted.
  • Winners must come to the church to receive their Christmas prize.
